Bill Kuo

Bill Kuo has extensive experience in atmospheric research and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of UCAR Community Programs at UCAR since June 2015. Prior to this role, Bill Kuo held the position of COSMIC Program Director at UCAR from July 1997 to March 2022, showcasing a long-standing commitment to advancing research initiatives within the organization.
