Charles Mendoza

Charles Mendoza has a diverse work experience in healthcare operations and management. Charles began their career as a Project Manager and Assistant Clinic Director at Nix Health Care System, overseeing the development of various projects. Charles then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Alamo Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons, where they successfully managed a primary care group with multiple clinics and implemented various policies and procedures. Charles later worked as a Practice Manager at Tenet Healthcare before joining Nix Health Care System again as a Clinic Operations Manager and Market Operations Manager, responsible for strategic planning and operational management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at University Health System, specifically managing dialysis services in an ambulatory setting. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated skills in financial analysis, staff productivity, recruitment, and expanding healthcare practices into new markets.

Charles Mendoza attended St. Mary's University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Charles then furthered their education at Our Lady of the Lake University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Healthcare Management.
