Ted Day has a strong background in healthcare administration and strategic planning. Ted began their career as the Director of Network Management and Development at PacifiCare in 1998. Ted then served as the Director of Admissions and Patient Financial Services at the University of Colorado Hospital from 2003 to 2006. Day then joined Accretive Health as a Multi-Site Director from 2006 to 2007. Ted then worked as the ED of Revenue Cycle Management for Spohn Health Network at CHRISTUS Health from 2007 to 2008. Day then joined Christus Spohn Health System as the Vice President of Strategy and Development from 2008 to 2012. Most recently, they served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at University Health System from 2012 to the present.
Ted Day has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Ted also has a Master of Business Administration in Health Administration and Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Ted Day has an additional certification in TESOL from Biola University.
