Chelsea Noble, PhD, serves as Project Director at the University Innovation Alliance since July 2024, focusing on enhancing student voice in campus changes across 17 public universities while managing a $475,000 grant budget. Previously, Chelsea held the role of Co-Principal Investigator and University Innovation Alliance Fellow at Michigan State University, where a focus group research initiative was designed and implemented to promote student success. Chelsea’s earlier positions include University Distinguished Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, along with various roles at the Spectrum Center and the University of Puget Sound, demonstrating a strong commitment to student engagement, development, and qualitative research in higher education. Chelsea holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University, in addition to a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Bowdoin College.
