Qiang Liu is a Lecturer in Data Science at the University of Bristol since April 2023 and has been an Honorary Researcher as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford since March 2019, focusing on personalized treatments for mental health and cognitive impairment in dementia. Prior to these roles, Qiang Liu served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Essex from February 2015 to February 2019, developing advanced visual odometry systems and semantic mapping technologies. Qiang Liu also held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Essex, where assistance was provided for various undergraduate modules in mobile robotics and embedded systems. Qiang Liu earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Essex between 2014 and 2018.
