John Radcliffe

John Radcliffe has extensive work experience in the field of Salesforce administration and logistics. John began their career in 2010 as a Cadet and received a 4-year scholarship from the US Army. John then served in various roles within the Army, including Operations Manager and Deputy Director of Logistics. In 2014, they worked as a Support Specialist at SHINE Systems & Technologies. In 2018, they joined ReSupply as a Salesforce Administrator and later became an Intern in the same role. In 2019, they worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Service 2 Software before transitioning to a role as a Salesforce Administrator and Solution Architect at the University of Colorado Denver. Currently, they are employed at the University of Colorado as a Principal Salesforce Administrator.

John Radcliffe has a Bachelor's Degree in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. John attended Christchurch School for high school. John also obtained a certification as a Certified Salesforce Admin from Salesforce Military. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant. John also holds a Formstack Certification, including Levels I, II, and III. Their earliest certification is the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), which they obtained in 2019.
