Megan Hatten

Megan Hatten has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. Megan started their career in the US Army as a Captain from June 2008 to September 2013. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Cardinal Health from March 2015 to October 2016. Megan then joined Boulder County as the Director of Finance and Administration in September 2017 and held that position until January 2021. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Administrative Operations at the University of Colorado since January 2021.

Megan Hatten received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2008. In 2013-2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kansas State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing. In 2016-2017, Megan pursued further education in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and PMP Certification Training Course from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2021.
