Muhammad Usman, Ph.D., is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Dayton, where a distinguished career spans from August 2019 to the present and includes roles as Associate Professor and Member of Graduate Faculty since July 2013, and Assistant Professor from August 2007 to May 2013. Usman has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate mathematics courses and conducting research in computational and applied mathematics. Prior to academic positions, Usman served as an Instructor at the University of Cincinnati and held teaching associate roles at Lahore University of Management Sciences and G. I. K Institute of Engineering Science & Technology. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and MS in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, an MS in Nuclear Engineering, an MA in Bio-Physics from Ohio University, as well as a Master of Philosophy in Analytical Mechanics and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.
