Rand Zacharias

Rand Zacharias is an IT Support Technician at the University of Idaho. Rand has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a background in both hardware and software support. Rand began their career as a Receiving Manager at Albertsons in 1987, before moving into the IT department in 2007. Rand spent 8 years as an IT Technical Analyst II at Albertsons, before moving to their current position at the University of Idaho in 2015. Rand is a highly skilled technician, with a strong focus on customer service and problem solving. Rand is a valuable asset to any team, and has a proven track record of success in both individual and team-based environments.

Rand Zacharias is a graduate of Boise State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. Rand also holds certification from Coursera in The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, and from Udemy in Getting Started with Google Analytics.
