Alic Nicolas M. has worked at various companies in different roles throughout their career. Alic Nicolas has experience in logistics, business development, management, and entrepreneurship. Currently, they are the Lead Expert for virtual environments and immersive technologies at the University of Latvia and the Co-Founder of Coliving Residence. Prior to this, they co-founded New Theater Residence, Terbatas Student Residence, and Portāls VR Arcade. Earlier in their career, they worked at companies like BIG BAD WOLF, ethority GmbH & Co. KG, Sky & Sand Beachclub, Club du nord, and Moondoo, where they gained experience in business development, operations, and management.

Alic Nicolas M. completed their Scottish Highers at Cademuir International School from 2000 to 2002. Alic Nicolas then pursued a BA (Hons) in International Business with a focus on Economics at The European Business School London from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they studied Advertising & Digital Creation at CAD | College of Advertising & Design from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they earned a Master of Arts in Economics - Finance from the University of Aberdeen from 2010 to 2014.
