Julius Codjoe

Julius Codjoe, Ph.D., P.E., serves as the Special Studies Research Administrator at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since October 2020, while also holding the position of Assistant Professor - Research and ITS/Traffic Program Manager at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette since June 2018. Prior experience includes managing multiple funded research projects as a Research Associate V at Louisiana State University from January 2011 to June 2018 and working as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Scott Wilson from 2008 to 2010. Additional roles include Senior Transportation Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff and Transportation Engineer at Mouchel. Julius Codjoe holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Linköping University, and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
