Srivatsan Kidambi

Srivatsan (Sri) Kidambi, PhD, currently serves as Program Director-Clinical Focus at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and is a member of the NIH Intramural Institutional Review Board. Kidambi has been an Associate Professor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln since August 2010, where responsibilities include serving as Graduate Chair and leading research on tissue models and drug delivery systems. Additional roles include courtesy appointments as Associate and Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, with a focus on in vitro tissue models and liposome-based nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery. Previous experience includes significant research positions at institutions such as Hitachi Chemical Research Center, Harvard Medical School, and Michigan State University, contributing to advancements in tissue engineering and drug delivery technologies. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Chemistry from Michigan State University, along with a BS in Chemistry from the University of Madras.
