Albert C. Nyack

Albert C. Nyack, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Biology and Environmental Science Department at the University of New Haven, with additional roles as an Adjunct Professor at Albertus Magnus College and Remote Ecologist as a Visiting Scientist. Nyack has extensive teaching experience across various institutions, including Southern Connecticut State University, Goodwin University, and the University of Rhode Island, where lectures and labs in Human Physiology, Comparative Physiology, and marine-related subjects were developed and delivered. With a PhD in Biology from the University of Rhode Island and advanced degrees in Marine Biology, Physiology, and Biochemistry, Nyack has also held positions in the corporate sector, progressing from Sales Associate to Sales Supervisor at Best Buy.
