Paul Perrin is an experienced academic and practitioner in global affairs and public health. Currently serving as the Academic Director of the Masters of Global Affairs Integration Lab and the Director of Evidence and Learning at the University of Notre Dame within the Pulte Institute for Global Development, Paul has held various leadership roles, including Director for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning, and Senior Technical Advisor at Catholic Relief Services. Paul has also contributed as Adjunct Faculty at Notre Dame and as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Paul’s early career included significant experience as an Information Officer for USAID and an Emergency Response Intern for LDS Humanitarian Services, along with facilitation of the Armenia Volunteer Abroad Program at Brigham Young University. Paul earned a Ph.D. in International Health from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
