Luc Dupont is a seasoned communication professor at the Université d'Ottawa, where involvement also includes roles as an associate researcher at both the Observatoire des médias sociaux en relations publiques (OMSRP) and CEFRIO. Notably, Luc Dupont has authored four notable books on advertising, including "1001 trucs publicitaires" and "Comment faire de la pub efficace sur Internet." Prior to the current position, Luc Dupont served as a professor at Université Laval from 1992 to 2002, teaching in the communication department, the School of Visual Arts, and the consumer sciences program. Holding a Ph.D. in Sociology from Université Laval, Luc Dupont continues to be a prominent figure in marketing and communication, having begun a speaking career in 1990 with the publication of the influential book, "1001 trucs publicitaires."
