Alexandra Jorgensen

Alexandra Jorgensen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alexandra currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where they later became the Chief Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness Officer. Alexandra also worked as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at The University of Miami Health System.
