Brent Schwarz has a diverse work experience in the field of health and safety. Brent started their career in 2010 as a Health and Safety Manager at Capita, where they managed a team of 7 and provided consultancy to commercial organizations. In 2016, they joined Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust as a Health and Safety Manager until 2020. Brent then worked as the Head of Health and Safety at the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they served as a Governor at Fairisle Junior School and is currently a Governor at Thomas Bennett Community College.

Brent Schwarz has a diverse education history. Brent began their academic journey in 2012 at the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management. Brent completed this program in 2015. In 2013, Schwarz enrolled at The University of Salford, where they focused on Business Performance Management, which they finished in 2015 as well. Recently, from 2021 to 2022, they attended Buckinghamshire New University to study Business Continuity Management. Brent is set to complete this program in 2023.
