Juliette Duckworth

Juliette Duckworth is an accomplished Senior Sewing Technician at the University of Portsmouth since October 2017, with extensive experience in pattern cutting and garment construction. As a freelance pattern cutter and sample machinist since February 2004, Juliette has also served as a visiting lecturer at Winchester School of Art. Previous roles include serving as a Pattern Cutter and Sealing Sample Technician at Breeze Ltd, Design and Production Manager at Sybil Stanislaus Ltd, and Sample Room Coordinator at Philips, where Juliette explored integrating electronics into garments. Early career highlights include partnerships at Sun Studio, a position as Design Room Assistant at Liberty of London, and tailored pattern cutting at River Island. Juliette holds a City & Guilds degree in Tailoring from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.
