Alicia Otto

Alicia Otto is the Alumni Relations Manager at the University of Saint Mary. Alicia has held this position since April of 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Administrative Coordinator for Alumni Relations and University Advancement at Missouri Western State University from August of 2007 to April of 2022. In that role, they were responsible for assisting the Executive Director of Alumni Relations with re-evaluating the role and direction of the Alumni Association, as well as organizing and preparing for Alumni Board meetings. Alicia also maintained the budgets for three departments, supervised student workers, and was the first point of contact for guests, alumni, students, donors, and community members.

Before working at Missouri Western State University, Alicia was the Secretary at Cathedral School from August of 2000 to May of 2006. In that role, they were responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the school’s principal, as well as managing the school’s office and finances.

Alicia Otto is a highly experienced administrator with a proven track record of success in managing alumni relations and university advancement. Alicia is a dedicated professional who is committed to their work and to providing a positive experience for all those they come into contact with.

Alicia Otto has a Bachelor of General Studies Degree in Journalism and Entrepreneurship Minors from Missouri Western State University. Alicia also has a General Studies Diploma from Elwood High School in Elwood, Kansas.
