Elizabeth Regan

Elizabeth Regan serves as the Department Chair and Professor of Health Information Technology at the University of South Carolina, where the Integrated Information Technology department offers bachelor's and master's degree programs. Prior to this role, Elizabeth Regan held the Elmer & Donna Smith Endowed Chair in Health Systems Management at Morehead State University and directed the Institute for Health Systems Innovation and Research. Additional leadership includes serving as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Kentucky Regional Health Information Organization, focusing on healthcare information exchange. Elizabeth Regan's earlier career includes roles at MassMutual Financial Group and teaching at New York University. Elizabeth Regan holds a Ph.D. in Business and Technical Education from the University of Connecticut, a post-doctorate in Information Systems from Colorado State University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Green Mountain College.
