Matt Moline is the current Executive Director of Information Technology at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Matt has been with the company since October 2017 and in their current position since September 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Executive Director - Information Technology, where they were responsible for transforming enterprise technology services and systems to scalable, responsive, and targeted digital solutions as part of the $400 million institution sale from publicly traded ownership to private equity ownership in a carve-out transaction.
During their time with University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Matt has been responsible for launching six new locations and five health care clinics, as well as instituting and enhancing the Cyber Security function. Matt has also been instrumental in conceiveing and implementing a digital-native marketing automation and enrollment platform by creating seamless integrations of systems, people, and assets post-acquisition to accelerate profit capture and customer growth.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Matt led the charge in innovating a fully online, virtual learning model while maintaining complex regulatory and compliance standards for student outcomes. Additionally, they were able to slash technology overhead that had become a drag on business performance through effective cloud migration strategy and identification of infrastructure inefficiencies.
