Soukaina Elaouad

Soukaina Elaouad is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and project management across multiple sectors. Currently, Soukaina serves as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Acadevo London since August 2024, while also holding positions as Head of Production at Proqis, Event Producer at Leadvent Group, and Research Professor at LSBE UK since March 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Soukaina is the CEO and Founder of ElAouad Architecture et Ingenierie since January 2018 and has been a Senior Construction Project Manager and PhD Researcher at the University of Strathclyde since June 2018. Additional experience includes Director of Studies at City College Oxford and Event Manager at StadiumTM. Soukaina's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Architecture from the University of Strathclyde and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Derby, along with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management Science from Boğaziçi University and Al Akhawayn University.
