Aoife Egan

Aoife Egan, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Surrey since July 2024. Previously, Aoife Egan held positions as a Medical Writer and Associate Medical Writer at Springer Healthcare from January 2023 to August 2024, and served as a Laboratory Demonstrator at Unitemps from February 2021 to February 2024. A Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Surrey from October 2019 to December 2023, Aoife Egan also completed a clinical placement as a Student Dietitian with the NHS between September 2016 and May 2018, specifically at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital, Western Sussex Hospital, and East Surrey Hospital. Aoife Egan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Surrey in 2023 and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from the same institution in 2019, following a Leaving Certificate from Mount Saint Michael Secondary School in 2015.
