Ruth Ginzberg

Ruth Ginzberg, CTPS, currently serves as the Enterprise I.T. Procurement Manager and previously held the role of Sr. I.T. Procurement Specialist within the University of Wisconsin System since January 2008. Prior to this, Ruth Ginzberg worked at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction from August 2006 to January 2008, focusing on purchasing for the Wisconsin School for the Deaf and the Wisconsin School for the Visually Handicapped. Ruth Ginzberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, and Music from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is ABD in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, and possesses an AAS degree in IT - Information Systems Security / Information Security Management, as well as a Management Development Certificate from Blackhawk Technical College.
