Val Quinn

Val Quinn is an experienced business process owner at the University of Wisconsin System since May 2013, specializing in human resources system support, including payroll and benefits services through PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management software. Prior to this role, Val worked as an HR Assistant at The QTI Group, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews and conducting candidate screenings for Alliant Energy. Val also served as the Manager of HR Shared Services at Covance for over two decades. Val holds an HR Certificate from Madison Area Technical College, completed between 1998 and 2000.
