Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of market penetration strategy and sales initiatives to drive business growth in Cyprus
  • Conduct in-depth market research, identify customer needs, and determine how our solutions can fulfill them
  • Build strong relationships with customers and influencers to become a trusted advisor and gain insights to guide sales and product strategy
  • Achieve sales targets by qualifying leads, conveying product value propositions, and ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and provide recommendations to enhance Unlimit's market positioning
  • Work with individuals and teams across Unlimit to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop yourself and your colleagues professionally

Requirements:

  • Hunter, not a farmer, the success will depend on you
  • Commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Relevant business network within Cyprus merchants
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or partnership role
  • Experience in the payments industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside of Unlimit
  • Driven by the results and capacity for innovation in the payments space, and passionate in your willingness to create value
  • Experienced in B2B environment from either payment service provider/acquirer (or similar complex enterprise software) or merchant side
  • A self-standing associate with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, other languages would be an advantage
