Rosina Padilla has a diverse work experience in the education and healthcare sectors. Rosina started their career as the Quality Service Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Seminole County, where they inspected quality performance in preschool and after-school programs. Rosina then went on to establish and direct the Precious Years Early Learning Center, managing a staff of professionals and maintaining positive relationships with customers and government employees.

Following this, Rosina worked as an Employer Contact Specialist at Workforce Central Florida, conducting overviews of employment programs and acting as a liaison between the organization and contracted employers. Rosina also held positions at Florida Hospital, first as a Health Navigator and later as the PA Outpatient Registration Manager, where they established connections between patients and primary care clinics, managed risks and issues, and prepared reports and statistics.

In 2012, Rosina joined Learning Care Group as the Director - Business Administrator, overseeing the effectiveness of early childhood development programs and organizing training sessions for staff. Rosina then moved on to the United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida, Inc as the School Administrator, where they supervised over 100 school staff and ensured the delivery of a quality early childhood education program.

Most recently, Rosina worked at the United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County as the Director of Compliance and Risk Management. In this role, they were responsible for contract compliance, risk management, research, and regulatory analysis for an agency that owns and operates charter schools and therapy clinics. Rosina maintained agency contract compliance, mitigated risk, and strengthened relationships with insurance payers.

Throughout their career, Rosina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering quality education and healthcare services.

Rosina Padilla's education history begins with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, which they obtained from Seminole State College of Florida from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Barry University from 2009 to 2011. Building upon this, Rosina obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Barry University between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired the State of Florida Director Credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families in January 2013.
