Brian Elbogen

Brian Elbogen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Unlock, where they manage teams responsible for acquisitions, portfolio management, investment operations, capital markets, and servicing. Unlock is a proptech company that helps homeowners unlock the value of their home equity.

Prior to their role at Unlock, Elbogen was the Managing Director of Systematic VC Fund at CircleUp. Brian co-headed a new asset management strategy using CircleUp's proprietary knowledge graph to source and diligence private companies in the emerging CPG industry. Brian also led the integration of systematic investment capabilities into CircleUp's flagship equity fund.

Before that, Elbogen worked at Unison Home Ownership Investors, where they held multiple roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Managing Director of Partner Channel Sales, and Director of Product and Business Operations. Brian played a key role in the company's growth, increasing annual revenue and enterprise value significantly.

Elbogen started their career at Two Sigma Investments as a Senior Vice President, overseeing strategy and business development. Brian focused on exploring and building new business opportunities in the financing, insurance/reinsurance, and asset management industries.

Prior to that, Elbogen worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, specializing in the financial services sector. Brian helped leading financial institutions address their challenges and shape the future of the industry.

Throughout their career, Elbogen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving growth and innovation in various roles within the financial and technology sectors.

Brian Elbogen attended Princeton University from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, graduating with honors (magna cum laude).
