Title: Product Sales Executive

Direct Manager Title:  Vice President, Solution Sales

The Role 

Unlock Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Executive to join our team. This critical hire will be responsible for growing our Product line of business revenue, which represents the largest growth opportunity for the company. The Product Sales Executive will be a quota-carrying sales professional, accountable for driving new customer acquisition (new logos) and identifying high-value cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the Unlock Health platform.
    • Identify, target, and engage potential clients across the United States, focusing on new logo acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to maximize the value of Unlock Health products.
    • Pipeline Development & Management:
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
    • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the Vice President, Solution Sales, and other internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals.
    • Collaborate with product development and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the product team to inform product development and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
    • Represent Unlock Health at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's solutions and expand professional networks

Ideal Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare SaaS or technology solutions.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • Experience selling into healthcare providers, specifically marketing and the C-suite.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
    • Familiarity with business intelligence, media compliance, health risk assessments, and ROI analytics solutions is a plus.
