The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager of Marketing Experiences to lead our integrated marketing engagements spanning across strategy, creative, media, digital and website development efforts. Working closely with our strategy, creative, media and development teams, you will serve as the primary partner to our client experience team and clients for all details related to our strategic execution plan. Coming into this role, you will own the relationships with your clients; have responsibility for understanding their brand strategy, market landscape, and execution implementation logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Deep understanding of a set group of clients and their industry to deliver projects based on their needs and expectations.
• Liaising with strategy, account, content, social media, creative, production, media, and development departments to ensure efficient production scheduling.
• Producing clear and accurate project plans and timelines for all incoming client briefs while working closely with the Client Experience team.
• Ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Manage enterprise-level program | project plans
• Manage enterprise-level web projects from inception to launch
• Partner with account team to help drive the overall strategy for the client’s website and digital marketing efforts
• Ability to manage and track all client financials, including but not limited to budgets, invoices, revenue forecasts, etc.
• Adhere to project management best practices and company processes
• An advocate for the process and practices of the project management office, showcasing its overall value as an ever-growing entity across the enterprise

Ideal Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
• 5+ years of integrated project management experience, agency experience required
• Thorough knowledge of the project management lifecycle; Must be knowledgeable with both waterfall and agile project management
• Willingness to explore different management and organizational approaches into our to support the project team and the goals of the engagement
• Experience leading digitally focused and web development projects
• Clear and effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, productive team player
• Strong business and marketing acumen
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required
• Proficiency within, Workamajig, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira & MS Office products
