María Ximena Córdoba

María Ximena Córdoba is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent development and organizational analysis. Currently serving as a Learning Partner and HR Learning Officer at UNOPS, María Ximena has previously held significant roles at Henkel as a Corporate HR Specialist and HR Business Partner, as well as at Baker McKenzie as a Senior HR Professional. Additional experience includes a position as a Specialist in Talent Development at Coca-Cola FEMSA and as a Recruitment and Development Analyst at Ripley Chile.
