Bashar Abdelfattah is currently working as a Group Medical Insurance Officer at UNRWA. Prior to this, served as a Team leader at GlobeMed Jordan and as a senior supervisor at Gulf Insurance & Reinsurance and MedNet Jordan. In these roles, managed medical insurance contracts, led pre-approval teams, supervised claims auditing, and coordinated with healthcare providers.
