Untapped Potential

Untapped Potential advancing business and reigniting careers. We value caregivers and ensure they have a stepping stone back to their caliber. For business, we help them see hidden talent via our signature Return-to-work Week for Women. Untapped Potential readies and motivates educated and experienced talent, who have stepped out of the traditional workforce, to step back in a flexible way. It offers women (or care-givers) community, mentoring and professional currency, contacts and confidence during their 'gap years'. We removes barriers for professional returners following a career break. How? UP cultivates opportunities in business that provides a stepping stone for returners - a Flexreturn™ and Fullreturn Engagements (mid-career internships). At the intersection of Consulting and Recruiting, UP ensures talent will be in the best position to step-back at their caliber when ready. Businesses benefit from eager professionals, unavailable elsewhere, who add value today. Our goal: to overcome discriminating aspects of a talent's gap years. Untapped Potential is a social-enterprise that impacts the gender equity, diversity in the workplace and work life balance.
