Erika Wharton

Erika Wharton is an experienced professional in talent development and learning solutions, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Unum since June 2002. In this role, Erika builds organizational capability aligned with business strategy and devises talent development strategies. Previously held positions at Unum include Director of Learning & Development Business Partner, Director of Digital Learning, and Manager of Digital Learning, where Erika oversaw the design and implementation of digital learning content and programs. Early career roles at RBC Dain Rauscher, MFS Investment Management, and Heritage Investment Planning focused on client support and sales administration. Erika holds a BA in Theater Arts from Brandeis University and has pursued additional educational opportunities at multiple institutions.
