Kevin Hall

Kevin Hall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CAPM, currently serves as Director of I&D Talent Insights & Learning at Unum and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Digital Transformation at Gathr/CBS. With extensive experience in human resources, Kevin coordinated the FlexPath Graduate Assistant Program at Capella University and led peer support initiatives. A retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army, Kevin was a Senior Human Resources Officer and Project Manager, bringing over 22 years of military expertise. Additional experience includes serving as a DoD SkillBridge Fellow at Core4ce and HR Manager at ComforceHealth. Kevin holds an MBA from Capella University, a BBA from Samford University, and completed executive education programs at Cornell University and Lorman Education Service.
