Luisa Salazar

Luisa Salazar has a diverse work experience. Luisa worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Up Sí Vale Fintech, where they were responsible for managing the operations and technology teams. Luisa implemented a digital transformation project and oversaw the operation of millions of cards in Mexico. Prior to this role, they were a consultant and entrepreneur at Quo Consultores SAS, specializing in system implementation and process improvement. Luisa also worked as an external consultant for Up Sí Vale México and as a freelance project leader. Earlier in their career, they provided consultancy services for Chubb de México Compañía de Seguros S.A de C.V at CRETTA SBS Mexico.

Luisa Salazar attended Universidad de Los Andes from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniera de Sistemas y Computación. Luisa later enrolled at Universidad de La Sabana from 2007 to 2009, completing an Especialización en Gerencia Estratégica.
