Carolyn Paganoni has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Carolyn is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Upbring since September 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Organizational Development & Culture at Upbring from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior to joining Upbring, Carolyn worked as the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Upbring from December 2013 to January 2020. Carolyn also has experience working as an HR ProBono Consultant - Project Manager at Taproot Foundation from March 2013 to December 2013. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System from June 2006 to August 2011 and at BHS Consulting Corp from June 1999 to June 2006. For their undergraduate studies, Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Illinois Wesleyan University.

In addition to their formal education, Carolyn has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional credentials. Carolyn earned the Leadership Development & Succession Strategist (LDSS) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in July 2020.
