Colby Morris

Colby Morris has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Department Director at Texas Children's Hospital until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Clinic Chief Executive Officer at DaVita Kidney Care. They then joined Altar'd Interiors in 2017 as the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder. In 2020, they transitioned to Healthcare Services Group, Inc as the Regional Director of Operations until 2021. In 2021, they founded and became the President of NXT Step Advisors. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Leadership Development at Upbring since 2022.

Colby Morris holds a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. The field of study for the degree is not specified. In addition to formal education, Colby has obtained several certifications. These certifications include Executive Coaching, Executive Leadership, Succession Planning, Creating a Leadership Development Program, and Healthcare Leadership and Preparedness.
