Karishma Soni is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across various roles in the talent acquisition field. Currently serving as a Talent Partner for APAC & EMEA at UpGuard since March 2024, Karishma previously held positions such as Senior Recruiter at Britive and Senior TA Consultant at Recrosoft, where responsibilities included building talent pipelines and establishing a passive recruitment team. Earlier in the career journey, Karishma contributed to corporate account acquisition at TEKsystems and oversaw comprehensive recruitment processes at Infosys BPM. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Soft Skills Trainer and Process Associate, with expertise in global RPO services, specifically managing recruitment for Microsoft. Karishma holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology.
