Hayley Childress

Hayley C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hayley currently holds the role of Associate Community Manager at UpKeep since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Operations member at Abalona Coffee starting in April 2022. In January 2022, they founded and produced the Bits of Good Studio, a digital studio focused on social and environmental advocacy.

Before their current roles, Hayley worked at ClickUp, where they held various positions such as Acts of Kindness Manager from May 2022 to December 2022, Acts of Kindness Manager and Email Coordinator from November 2021 to May 2022, and Customer Support Champion from February 2021 to November 2021.

In 2019, they founded Ursa Minor Media, LLC, where they provided multimedia and creative consulting services, including social media management, graphic design, videography, and photography. Hayley worked with various clients on projects such as TV commercial editing, billboards, web design, and social media content creation.

Hayley also served as the Founding Director of The Apptivist, LLC from May 2019 to January 2022. Hayley has experience in sales and banking, having worked as a Footwear Sales Associate and Banker at REI from July 2020 to January 2021.

Furthermore, they volunteered as a Coordinator at Naturally Outdoors until January 2021 and undertook marketing and social media management projects on a project basis for SC Real Foods from September 2019 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Hayley worked as a Videographer and Editor at Home Works of America from October 2018 to December 2019.

Hayley C. started their education in 2012 at Florence-Darlington Technical College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Hayley attended the college until 2013. In 2013, they transferred to Bellevue University to pursue their studies in Graphic Design, completing their degree program in 2014. Recently, in 2021, Hayley C. enrolled at NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy, where they are currently pursuing a Certificate in Film and TV Industry Essentials.
