Shuchi Swami

Shuchi Swami is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Global Counsel and Legal Lead for UPL's Global R&D and Global Compliance Program since May 2018. In this role, Shuchi is responsible for implementing UPL's global ethics and compliance program and managing employment matters across various jurisdictions. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager at Trilegal, Senior Associate at PwC India, Assistant Manager and Associate at Berwin Leighton Paisner, and an internship focusing on legal research and corporate advisory. Additionally, Shuchi completed a research traineeship at UNOPS, examining international laws related to procurement. Shuchi holds a BCL degree in Corporate Finance and Tax from the University of Oxford.
