Karin Campbell Sphr

Karin Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Karin'smost recent role was as a Senior Human Resources Director at Upland Brewing Company, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Monroe Hospital from February 2018 to January 2023. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at Smithville Communications from June 2015 to February 2018. Karin also has experience in the healthcare sector, having worked as the Director of Human Resources and Administration; Compliance Officer at Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center from October 2005 to January 2015. Karin Campbell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University, from 1987 to 1991. Karin further pursued their academic career, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ohio University, from 1991 to 1995. Karin obtained their SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 1999.
