Julian Cohen pursued their education at the University of Pittsburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from 1973 to 1976. Julian further pursued their studies at the same university and completed a Master of Public Health in Health/Hospital Administration from 1977 to 1980.
