Stephanie Pancoast

Stephanie Pancoast is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and product development. Currently serving as the Senior Data Analytics and Insights Manager at TrainingPeaks since June 2023, Stephanie leads the data team encompassing analytics, engineering, and marketing technology. Concurrently, Stephanie is a Course Developer and Instructor at Uplimit, creating a course on Practical A/B Testing for 105 students. From August 2019 to November 2022, Stephanie held roles at Strava, including Senior Analytics Manager, where leadership of a team of analysts facilitated data-informed decision-making. Previous experience includes positions at Airbnb, SRI International, Google, Amazon.com, and BAE Systems, contributing to data science, software engineering, and product strategy. Stephanie holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
