Kyle Strenski

Kyle Strenski has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries. Kyle started their career at AluChem, Inc. as a Quality Engineer from 2000 to 2002. Kyle then joined Avon Products as an Engineer from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they gained experience in process engineering. Strenski then worked as a Process Engineer at MCC for a brief period from March 2007 to October 2007. Kyle transitioned to Kao Brands, where they served as a Package Development Engineer from October 2007 to June 2011. After that, they joined Verst Group Logistics as the Director of Business Development in their packaging division from June 2011 to June 2016. Strenski later joined UPM Raflatac, where they held several roles. Kyle started as a Business Development Manager in the Shrink Sleeve Films division in the Americas from June 2016 to January 2021. Kyle then became the Director of Global Business Development, responsible for global brand owner relationship management and product promotion in the Film SBU. Kyle also implemented the global business strategy within selected areas and the Americas business strategy in Beverage, HPC, and Food in the Film SBU. Presently, Strenski holds the position of Business Director for Food, HPC, and Beverage in the Films and Specials SBU at UPM Raflatac.

Kyle Strenski attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they earned a Certificate of Mastery in Packaging Management from the PackagingSchool in October 2020. In March 2015, they completed a program on Strategic Selling/Conceptual Selling Customer Focused Interactions at Miller Heiman. Additionally, in January 2013, Kyle became a Certified Packaging Professional through the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
