​In her role as Solutions Associate, Luisa focuses on setting their clients up for success, through platform implementation and training. Prior to joining UpMetrics, she worked at a translation company, where she was involved in measuring and improving the outputs of machine translation processes. Today, helping clients in the social sector utilize their data effectively to make informed decisions and tell their stories makes her feel part of something big and powerful.
