Susan Ahmad

Susan Ahmad started their work experience as a Personnel Manager at John Menzies in 1989 and held this position until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Policy Development Manager at WHSmith. Susan then joined Arcadia as a Reward and Employee Relations Controller from 2000 to 2001. Susan worked as the Head of Human Resources at Mothercare from 2001 to 2006. Susan then served as the HR Director at Dreams plc from 2007 to 2011. From 2012 to 2019, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Qatar Airways. Currently, they are the Director of HR Business Partnering at UPP starting from February 2021.

Susan Ahmad attended the University of Glasgow from 1986 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology.
