Melanie M. holds a Master's Degree in Masters of Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonpro˛t Management & Philosophy from The Evergreen State College. In addition to their formal education, they have received certifications in change management from Catalyst University, a program offered by Ernst & Young J&M Management Consulting GmbH, and in Personnel Relations Leadership from GE in 2018.
