Josh Williams

Josh Williams is currently a software sales manager for SMB at Upper Hand. Josh has held this position for 11 months. Prior to their current position, Josh was a sales development manager at Jobvite for 5 years and 2 months. In this role, they were responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close. Josh also generated new business opportunities from networking, social media engagement, and 80+ cold calls per day. Additionally, Josh averaged 3 software demos per day with perspective clients and closed 73 new accounts in 16 months. Josh was then promoted to Senior Sales Director.

Before their time at Jobvite, Josh served in the Army National Guard as a Military Police Sergeant for 6 years and 1 month. During their time in the Army National Guard, they trained, lead, and developed a team of junior enlisted soldiers. Josh also ensured the proper execution of assigned missions and reported any aid or communication to the chain of command. In February 2015, they served with distinction as the base security force for Operation Enduring Freedom-Guantanamo. While serving, Josh operated as a member of the base rapid response team and was promoted to Sergeant (E-5) and team leader in September 2015.

Before their time in the Army National Guard, Josh was an advertising representative for The Purdue Exponent for 8 months.

Josh Williams has a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science from University of Indianapolis in Operations & Supply Chain Management.
