Andreea Rusu

Andreea Rusu's work experience begins in 2013 at Vodafone, where they worked as an Account Manager from July 2013 to March 2014. Andreea then joined Bershka as a Shop Manager from March 2014 to December 2016. After that, they worked at Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited, where they held multiple roles. Andreea started as a Consultant from December 2016 to December 2017, providing high-standard customer service and meeting sales targets. Andreea then became a Business Manager from December 2017 to August 2022. In this role, they successfully grew the account by 4% and implemented effective long-term strategies for customer engagement. Currently, Andreea Rusu is working as a Talent Success Specialist at UPPER since November 2022.

Andreea Rusu completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Iasi University of Life Sciences (IULS) from 2009 to 2013.
